At Bobopal, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy to ensure you know what to expect when ordering from us.

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer fast and reliable shipping to a variety of regions, and all orders come with free shipping:

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 6–14 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 6-12 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to external factors such as weather or holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $80! For orders under $80, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Our fulfillment days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the contiguous US (exclude: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific). We are unable to ship to international addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes (For International Orders)

International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Bobopal is not liable for any additional costs applied by your country’s customs office.
