Bobopal After-Sales Policy

At Bobopal, we are committed to providing excellent after-sales service to ensure your satisfaction. Here is our after-sales policy:

Non-Refundable Policy:

1.Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2.Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Returns and Exchanges:

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, you may submit a request within 7 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To begin the return or exchange process, please email your request to support@bobopal.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues, damage, or incorrect shipment, Bobopal will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, size, or colour preferences), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • Shipping fees are determined based on the official real-time return and exchange rates at the time of processing.

  • In all cases, we will assist you in arranging the most convenient return shipping option.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, and we will handle such cases on an individual basis.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of your original purchase date. We will arrange for the return or exchange of the damaged or defective products at no additional cost to you.

Incorrectly Shipped Items:
In the event that you receive the wrong items, please reach out to our Consumer Services Department at support@bobopal.com for further instructions.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in your order confirmation email. For assistance with cancellations beyond this timeframe, please contact our Consumer Services Team at support@bobopal.com. Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
