We currently only ship within the contiguous US (exclude: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific). We are unable to ship to international addresses.

Orders are shipped using the optimal shipping carrier selected based on your location to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

Where Is Your Warehouse?
Orders are shipped from multiple warehouses across the United States.
To help reduce delivery time, items in the same order may be shipped separately.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days after shipment.
Personalized items ship in 5 extra business days.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges
If you have any issues with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, simply email us at support@bobopal.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll respond with the return address and next steps.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
1. The item must be unused and in its original condition
2. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding your refund or exchange status.
