Shipping & Orders
Where does bobopal ship?
We currently only ship within the contiguous US (exclude: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific). We are unable to ship to international addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders $80+! Under $80, your shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will be able to view the tracking information in your order to monitor its delivery status.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days after shipment.
If there are any unexpected delays, including during holidays, delivery may take a little longer. If any delays occur, we will notify you immediately.
How can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to update your address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We’re happy to help if your order hasn’t shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. Occasionally, carriers experience delays in updating tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you have any issues with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, simply email us at support@bobopal.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll respond with the return address and next steps.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
1. The item must be unused and in its original condition
2. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding your refund or exchange status.
Can a gift recipient return or exchange an item?
We’re happy to help. Please contact us with the order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
My fur baby broke something— What can I do?
While no pet product is indestructible, we understand accidents can happen. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us at support@bobopal.com with photos and your order number.
