Free Returns and Exchanges: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns of unused items in their original condition. To facilitate your return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with the necessary return or exchange labels and assist you with any related inquiries. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, and we will handle such cases on an individual basis.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your original purchase date. We will arrange for the return or exchange of the damaged or defective products at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in your order confirmation email. For assistance with cancellations beyond this timeframe, please contact our Consumer Services Team at support@bobopal.com Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your credit card company, and we have no control over when you will receive the credit.
